The way people are is a powerful reflection of\nthe land that they live in. Each of my images was made as an immediate response\nto a momentary scene unfolding before me. Then,&nbsp;all of&nbsp;my images are\n\u2018twinned\u2019 at an emphatic point where the people intersect visually and\ngesturally with their environment. That became my way of expressing a beautiful\nharmony that I felt privileged to enjoy between a warm and friendly people and\nlandscape so beautiful it all seemed endless.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite ancient wars, the Great Wall of\nChina and persistent periods of unrest Mongolia and China have always\nmaintained a massive area of land blending two peoples, in the main, Han and\nMongolian; known now as Inner Mongolia with the status of Autonomous Region\nwithin the People\u2019s Republic of China.
